MEET ALETHEA WISE
As a native of Fairmont, Alethea migrated north to attend West Virginia University. While at WVU, Althea earned a BS in Business/Marketing along with All-American status in the high-jump, which she still holds the outdoor record of 6’0″ set in 1990. These experiences have embossed a work ethic within her fabric to accept nothing less than excellence as standard. Alethea and her husband are local real estate investors with over 26 years of combined experience in long-term residential renal holdings and short-term residential reno-resales. This added knowledge of the market makes Alethea an asset to Compass Realty Group as well as any potential buyer or seller who may seek her services.
